The Fact Sheet and the Small Print...

Just like when booking anything there are a few terms and conditions.......these are ours........there's nothing out of the ordinary but we need to have them out there so we all know where we stand with each other.

Check-in time.

After 2pm

Check-out times.

Before 11am for bookings through the hotel.

Before 10am for third party bookings.

Late check out and early arrivals.

We can offer late check out to guests subject to availability, however in high season availabilty can be limited and we would advise guests to book an extra night if they would like the security of having a room in the event of an evening flight. Alternatively we offer luggage storage in the reception area and have courtesy showers and changing area just off the pool area for this exact purpose.

In the event of an early morning arrival we would advise that you book a room for the night before your arrival if you are arriving before 8am. For a morning or midday arrival we offer guests an area to store their luggage and full use of our pool and bar facilities until your accommodation becomes available.

Reservation Policy

-We request a 30% deposit to be paid on booking with the remainder of the balance to be settled on arrival at the hotel.

-With locally booked rooms via our site, over the phone or via email, air-conditioning, safety deposit box, fridge,  tv and hairdryer all come as standard. There may be additional charges for third party bookings, i.e. safe and a/c  charges as these are not covered in the remittance provided to us by the tour operators.

-Baby cots are without charge and are provided upon request.

-We accept payment via Mastercard and Visa.

Cancellation Policy

-In order to receive a refund of deposit all cancellations must be made within the specified time period unless  otherwise stated in your booking confirmation or written communication with the hotel.

 Cancellation of holidays in May and October must be made at least 2 weeks ahead of intended arrival date, in  June and September cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks ahead of arrival date and in July and August a  6 week cancellation policy applies.

 In the event that a guest does need to cancel inside the minimum specified time frame all deposits are  transferrable within a 12 month period.


-In the event of a force majeure, a natural disaster or airline stoppages we are unable to refund deposits but  these are fully transferable to another date of your choosing subject to availability.
